3. Sources of information
Information comes from you when you submit a form, subscribe, schedule a meeting, apply for or purchase a product, provide project materials, or communicate with KRS. It also comes automatically from the site and its analytics, CRM, hosting, and security providers.
KRS may receive transaction status and limited billing information from Stripe, scheduling information from Calendly, and business contact or engagement information from HubSpot. KRS does not purchase consumer data for this site.
4. How information is used
KRS uses personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and perform pre-contract fit reviews;
- prepare, deliver, correct, and support products and services;
- process payments and maintain business, tax, and accounting records;
- send requested newsletters and operational communications;
- operate, protect, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Where a law requires a legal basis, KRS relies as appropriate on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
7. Privacy choices and requests
You may ask KRS to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or to explain how it has been used. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing where applicable.
- Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe method. Transactional or service messages may still be sent when needed to complete a request or purchase.
- You may decline to provide optional information, although KRS may be unable to assess or deliver the requested work without required details.
- KRS may need to verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request.
- Some information may be retained when needed for contracts, tax records, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or legal claims.
To make a privacy request, use the KRS contact page and write “Privacy request” in the message. KRS will respond within the period required by applicable law.
8. Retention
KRS keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the relationship and the type of record. Inquiry records may be kept to manage follow-up and prevent duplicate outreach; customer, payment, contract, and tax records may be kept longer to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Analytics and service-provider records follow the retention settings and deletion processes of the relevant systems. When information is no longer needed, KRS will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practical.
9. Security
KRS uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small professional-services business, including limited access, managed hosting, encrypted network transport, provider authentication, and avoiding collection of unnecessary sensitive information.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords or sensitive regulated data through an intake form or ordinary email. If a security issue is suspected, contact KRS promptly through the contact page.
10. Processing in the United States and international access
KRS and its service providers primarily process information in the United States, although providers may operate in multiple countries. If you access the site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
Where required, KRS will use an appropriate legal mechanism for international transfers handled directly by KRS.
11. Children
The site and services are intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. KRS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, KRS will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Changes to this notice
KRS may update this notice when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on this page or through another reasonable notice.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the KRS contact page. Include “Privacy request” and enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
